I need a clear reference sheet, what pose you would like and anything you would like to add, please be a descriptive as you can when giving me any details. If you don't have a clear reference piece, I can also use VRC screenhots. (Please send me the colors that were used to make the avatar.) Don't give me a reference to a stolen character!PERSONAL USE
upon completion of the art piece you can use them for stickers, prints, and more ONLY for personal use! If you plan on selling prints/stickers, please let me know and we can work out an agreement. I would like to be informed when my art is being used, please credit me! I use commission as examples and such, let me know if you don't want your art shown!AI
Client(s) shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall client(s) sub-license others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.PAYMENT
I accept payment before I begin any artwork that is to be drawn out. I will take PAYPAL and CASHAPP. I will not accept gift cards or games. I will DO payment plans but before I start, half of the payment must be paid! Any charge backs after completion of the commission will be WHITELISTED from commissioning me from the future!REVISIONS
I allow as many changes during the sketch phase as the commissioner would like, I will make the sketch clean as I can. After the sketch phase I won't allow any changes to the pose or body shape! I will allow small accessory changes such as jewelry and other small items.TIMEFRAME
Depending on how my queue looks, it should take around a week to a couple of days (depending on how complex the commission is). I give multiple updates from start to completion of the commission!REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only allowed before and during the sketch phase, you will recieve a 50% refund. Refunds are NOT allowed after the sketch phase is completed and confirmed.(Thank you for reading my TOS! If you'd like $5 off your next commission, tell me your favorite color!)
